David Carter’s Smokestak has been delivering no-nonsense barbecue driven dishes in Shoreditch since 2016, following three years of grafting on the London street food scene. David and John have embarked on trips abroad to eat at legendary restaurants such as Asador Exebarri (Bilbao) and Noma (Copenhagen) all for the love of food. The duo often spoke of cooking a collaborative menu and this came to fruition at ‘AngloThai With Friends’.

Honey Spencer’s rise within the world of wine has been an energetic, dynamic and progressive journey, positioning her as one of the leading sommeliers in the global hospitality industry. Honey has worked and travelled across the globe at world-renowned venues; Sager + Wilde in London, Den Vandrette in Copenhagen, 10 William Street in Sydney and Noma in Mexico. In 2018 Honey co-founded BASTARDA – an events platform rallying tastemakers and daredevils across the world via wine.
