Nud Dudhia & Roman Pawar

Nud Dudhia’s cooking is hugely influenced by Mexico’s rich gastronomic heritage but also veers into Asian and European flavours and techniques. Nud and John have been long time friends in a relationship that has seen them cook collaboration dinners together across the globe.

Roman Pawar caught the natural wine bug a little over three years ago, and it wasn’t long before he left a career in academia to join the motley crew of wine-slingers at Les Caves de Pyrene. Roman now spends his time scouring the world for new producers and wine to further the knowledge of wine consumption in the UK.
