Andy Oliver and Mark Dobbie head up the critically acclaimed Som Saa in London’s Spitalfields,  serving regional Thai dishes with uncompromising flavours. Som Saa has been described by Grace Dent as “a place that’s worth the wait”; “freaking awesome” by Giles Coren; “exhilarating” by Marina O’Loughlin and “brilliant” by Jay Rayner. Som Saa won the award for Best Restaurant at the London Restaurant Festival in 2016 and 4th Best Restaurant in the National Restaurant Awards 2017.

Patrick is co-owner of Restaurant Bauernschänke in Zurich and is responsible for globally recognised pop-up brands Soi Thai and Menu 1-6, the later involving a number of The World’s 50 Best Restaurant chefs coming together in Zurich for a series of one off collaborative dinners.
