Henry Harris & Christina Schneider

A self-confessed classicist, Henry Harris cooks the food we all want to eat, an ethos that has seen him described as “the best French chef with the decency to be British” – Tim Hayward, The Guardian. With an illustrious background in French provincial cookery at legendary London restaurants, Racine and Bibendum, Henry is now Chef Director of Harcourt Inns. 

Christina Schneider has spent the last nineteen years working within hospitality in Berlin, Paris and London, running anything from Michelin star restaurants to Parisian dive bars. Christina now heads up Channel Development for Bibendum Wines.
